The Chaseley Park project is an initiative of Crows Nest Community Solutions Limited
(CNCS Ltd).
This project is set to provide access to affordable community housing in a time where
accessing housing within the Crows Nest region is at an all-time low. Within the
current economic climate, when rental accommodation does become available, it
comes at a premium.
Recently, the development has been approved through Toowoomba Regional Council.
CNCS Ltd is a not-for profit charity that was created to fill a need within the Crows
Nest community to be able to organise and focus community fundraising efforts, for
the benefit of the community.
The Chaseley Park project has been approved across a number of stages that is set to
be built over time. Each stage will be commissioned when access to appropriate
funding becomes available.
CNCS Ltd have previously undertaken community consultation where they listened
and took on board the concerns and issues raised. After the consultation process,
CNCS Ltd made alterations to the existing plans to address the issues.
Chaseley Park is set to remain as an asset for the community to assist vulnerable
people to remain within their local community.
CNCS Ltd are excited to present Chaseley Park as a new initiative to the community of
Crows Nest and the wider region.
